How to Pay a Custom Invoice for David Cooke Industries LLC
- Enter the Invoice Number found on the invoice you received.
- Enter the Total found on the invoice, into the Qty field, without the decimal.
For example, if your invoice is $874.24,
enter 874 into the Qty field. Round to the nearest dollar.
If your invoice is $5500.00,
enter 5500 into the Qty field.
Then Add to Cart and checkout. While checking out, please double check that the dollar amount matches the invoice amount. If it does not, please just empty your cart and start over.
You will receive an automated email that you have successfully made your payment. We apply your payment to your invoice and email you the revised invoice with payment applied.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, with 1-2 weeks being our standard lead time and 4-8 weeks for items that are built-to-order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found in the product details. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
