The Fire Magic - Infrared Burner System is ideal for searing steaks or when quick, high heat is desired. This single searing station flash cooks up to 25,000 BTUs and up to 1000 degrees of infrared heat locking in juices for tender meat and full flavor either using Natural or Propane gas. Can be factory-installed or retrofitted.
