The Artisan ASZG Sear Zone Grate is a V-shaped grate designed to add smoky flavor and restaurant-quality sear marks to your grilled food. Made from high-quality stainless steel, it sits above a special infrared sear burner (not included) to crank up the heat for those perfect char marks.
The V-shaped design channels drippings down towards the burner, where they vaporize and infuse your food with smoky goodness. This also helps prevent flare-ups that can burn your food.
