Designed to coordinate with Fire Magic Aurora grills, this high-performance side cooker delivers up to 60,000 BTUs and includes a durable stainless steel cooking grid.

The dual-burner system provides a broad range of cooking temperatures. The inner burner adjusts from 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, making it suitable for smaller cookware and lower-temperature cooking, while the powerful outer burner delivers up to 45,000 BTUs for large pots and high-heat applications.

A 10-inch heat-concentrating flame collimator focuses heat toward the center of the cooking area, making the burner ideal for wok cooking, large stockpots, seafood boils, and turkey frying.

The Aurora power burner also features back-lit control knobs, a convenient power switch, and a removable stainless steel lid that protects the cooking area when not in use. The current installation manual specifies electrical input requirements of 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz through a GFCI outlet, with the unit designed to receive low-voltage output from the appropriate Fire Magic power system.

Installation Note:
The power burner can connect to the transformer of a compatible Fire Magic Aurora grill. When installed independently, a compatible standalone transformer/power supply is required and is not included.
