Fire Magic Choice C430s 24-Inch In-Ground Post Mount Gas Grill with 1-Hour Timer

The Fire Magic Choice C430s In-Ground Post Mount Gas Grill combines the compact performance of the Choice C430 platform with a permanent post installation designed to be set into concrete. Available in Natural Gas and Liquid Propane, the C430s-G6 is well suited to patios and outdoor spaces where a fixed post-mounted grilling station is preferred.

The grill provides a 24" x 18" primary cooking surface with 432 square inches of cooking area, plus a 24" x 8" warming rack with 192 square inches according to Fire Magic's current catalog. Its stainless steel main-burner system produces 46,000 BTU. 

Choice-series features include 16-gauge tubular stainless steel burners, Diamond Sear cooking grids, and 16-gauge 304 stainless steel Flavor Grids. An analog thermometer is integrated into the double-wall 304 stainless steel hood, which opens to 90 degrees and incorporates spring assistance for easier operation. 

The C430s also includes a 1-hour timer in the post. Fire Magic's Turn-to-Light ignition requires no external electricity or replacement batteries. Unlike the P6 patio-post model, the G6 post extends below ground and is installed in concrete for a more permanent installation.

Fire Magic's current Product Specifications Guide confirms the G6's 18-inch below-ground post extension, 36-inch shelf height, 49-7/8-inch closed height, 57-1/8-inch open height, 51-1/4-inch maximum width, and 25-1/4-inch maximum depth. 

Important Warming Rack Correction

Fire Magic's live C430s in-ground page currently lists:

24" x 8" = 240 sq. in. 

That square-inch figure is inconsistent with the dimensions. Fire Magic's newer current catalog correctly lists:

24" x 8" = 192 sq. in. 

For Shopify, use:

Warming Rack: 24" x 8" / 192 sq. in.

That gives a combined primary + warming area of 624 sq. in.

In-Ground G6 vs. Patio Post P6

These two C430s models use the same core grilling platform but have different mounting systems:

Fire Magic describes the G6 in-ground grill as being set into concrete for a more permanent installation, whereas the P6 patio post can be set on or bolted to a patio or deck.
