The Infratech 14-4210 is a 240-volt single in-wall heat regulator with a waterproof cover.
For exposed outdoor situations, single-in-wall heat control systems with weatherproof coverings are available. Use item #14-4110 for applications requiring 120 volts. Use #14-4210 for 240 volt applications only. includes weatherproof front cover, stainless steel face plate, and gang box. Maximum load of 15 amps.
One "Infinite Switch" is the INF input regulator. It uses a bi-metal contact to function. As the internal contact heats up and cools down, it pulses the heater on and off. It is frequently applied to electric heaters and is regarded as a crude kind of control.
