Fire Magic Aurora A540i 30-Inch Built-In Propane Grill with Infrared Burner

The Fire Magic Aurora A540I-7LAP Built-In Propane Grill combines the premium construction of the Aurora Series with a factory-installed infrared searing burner in the left main-burner position. This Liquid Propane configuration is designed for outdoor kitchens where powerful conventional grilling and high-temperature infrared searing are both desired. Fire Magic’s current 2026 configuration table specifically identifies the A540i 7L model as having the infrared burner on the left side while omitting the backburner and rotisserie package.

The A540i provides a 30" × 18" primary cooking surface with 540 square inches of grilling space, complemented by a 30" × 8" warming rack with 240 square inches. Diamond Sear stainless steel cooking grids provide a durable cooking surface engineered for efficient heat transfer and even grilling.

Unlike the standard E-burner A540i configuration, the A540I-7LAP replaces the left conventional main burner with an infrared burner for high-temperature searing. Fire Magic documentation confirms that the A540i platform has three main burner positions and supports one optional infrared searing burner.

Because this is a 7 configuration, A540I-7LAP does not include the rear backburner or rotisserie kit. It is also a non-window configuration, so it should not be advertised with a Magic View Window.
