The Solaire AllAbout grill can not only be used as a main backyard grill, but also as a portable grill due to its versatile design. The AllAbout infrared grill offers the same grilling space and heat intensity as some of our backyard grills, but it can fit in the back of your car and be taken anywhere. Take the AllAbout grill tailgating, camping, or wherever you want great tasting grilled food. This table top grill features two Solaire infrared burners, which heat up in just three minutes to searing hot temperatures. The AllAbout Double has the exclusive Solaire V-grate, which improves flavor & virtually eliminates flare-ups. The AllAbout grill also has a warming rack integrated into the hood that provides a rest area for meat and veggies or for warming buns. Solaire infrared grills can either grill meals from start to finish or just use the AllAbout grill for searing after sous vide, smoking, or other cooking methods to enhance flavor and create a nice outer texture.

This grill is used with Propane by default, but can be converted to Natural Gas with the natural gas conversion kit (SOL-AA23NGC).

Note: the AllAbout grill is not intended to be used with the hood down. Using this grill with the hood down will result in a discolored hood and possibly cause burnt food. Also if food is present on the grill, the warming rack will prevent it from closing.
