The 5660P features an 18" × 18" cordierite pizza stone providing 324 square inches of cooking surface, along with an included 18¼" × 18¼" baking rack offering 333 square inches. Its gas burner system delivers 36,000 BTU of cooking power for high-temperature outdoor oven performance.
A digital touchscreen thermostatic control provides precise temperature management, while integrated smart technology supports smartphone operation and an internal temperature probe for monitoring food. The ceramic-glass viewing window and interior oven light make it easier to monitor cooking without repeatedly opening the door.
The oven isn't limited to pizza. Fire Magic specifically designs the Echelon oven for baking, broiling, and other outdoor cooking applications. For built-in installation, the manufacturer specifies a 31¼" W × 23½" D × 11½" H cutout, the same cutout dimensions used for the E660i grill platform.
