The burner unit has a 48" 1/8" aluminum pan with welded 2" sidewalls. Select a square or circular shape.
We may make a custom shape to suit your needs if you have one in mind.
The plates and pans are shipped by truck freight and cannot be shipped for free when ordered separately due to the oversize fee imposed by UPS and FedEx for all of the items.
