Delivering up to 60,000 BTUs, the burner combines an inner burner rated from 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs with an outer burner capable of producing up to 45,000 BTUs. This wide heat range makes it ideal for demanding outdoor cooking applications, including high-heat wok cooking and turkey frying.
The durable stainless steel cooking grid provides a premium cooking surface, while the included 10-inch diameter collimator helps concentrate heat where you need it. A stainless steel lid protects the cooking area when the burner is not in use.
For convenient operation, the Echelon power burner features hot-surface ignition, back-lit control knobs and a power switch. It plugs into the Echelon Diamond grill transformer for power, helping create an integrated outdoor cooking station.
