The integrated 14,000 BTU infrared rear burner and heavy-duty rotisserie system make it ideal for roasting poultry, prime rib, pork loin, and other large cuts of meat with restaurant-quality results.

The exclusive Moon Rok™ ceramic briquette system and stainless steel rock grates promote even heat distribution, enhanced smoke control, and reduced flare-ups.
