A removable 30" × 5" warming rack adds 150 square inches, giving the grill 630 square inches of combined primary and warming space.
The advanced electric heating system reaches temperatures of up to 700°F for high-temperature searing and can preheat in less than 15 minutes. A digital thermometer with thermostatic control and meat probe provides precise temperature monitoring, while the easy-clean drip tray simplifies maintenance.
This exact EL500i-4Z1E-W configuration includes Fire Magic's Magic View Window, a large ceramic glass viewing window integrated into the double-walled hood. It lets you monitor food without repeatedly opening the grill and releasing heat.
