Designed for outdoor kitchens where electric cooking is preferred, this 30-inch EL500 combines Fire Magic's stainless steel construction and Diamond Sear cooking grids with a powerful electric heating system capable of reaching temperatures up to 700°F.
This exact EL500i-3Z1E configuration uses a single thermostatic control operated through the integrated touchscreen panel or remotely from a compatible smartphone using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity. A digital thermometer with thermostatic control and meat probe provides precise temperature monitoring for a wide range of grilling applications.
The grill provides a 30" × 16" primary cooking surface with 480 square inches of grilling space, plus a removable 30" × 5" warming rack with 150 square inches. Combined, the primary surface and warming rack provide 630 square inches of usable cooking and warming space.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the EL500i also features a double-walled oven lid, easy-clean drip tray, and patented Diamond Sear cooking grids. Its advanced heating system can preheat in less than 15 minutes, delivering the high-temperature performance needed for outdoor searing without a Natural Gas or propane connection.
