Designed with an Aurora-style control panel, this premium gas oven can prepare artisan-style pizza while also supporting baking, roasting, and other outdoor oven cooking. Its thermostatic temperature control provides a broad 150°F to 750°F operating range for everything from lower-temperature cooking to high-heat pizza preparation.
Built from durable 304 stainless steel, the Aurora pizza oven includes an 18" × 18" × ¾" Cordierite pizza stone, baking rack, ceramic glass viewing window, and interior lighting. The easy-access oven door opens flat and is rated to support up to 50 pounds, providing a convenient work surface while accessing the oven chamber.
A 36,000 BTU gas burner supplies the heat, while IPI ignition with flame rectification provides dependable electronic ignition and flame monitoring. The built-in design uses the same 31¼" W × 23½" D × 11½" H cutout as the Fire Magic A660i and E660i grill platforms, helping simplify outdoor-kitchen planning.
Model 4600 is the Natural Gas configuration. Fire Magic's current catalog identifies the pizza oven family as 4600(P) and specifies that adding P to the model number denotes the Propane version.
