Each piece is handcrafted in Hanover, Pennsylvania from 80% recycled aluminum and built to last a lifetime. The production process involves the precise hand welding of 24 individual aluminum components, followed by approximately 8 hours of meticulous hand polishing and finishing, resulting in a refined, hand-textured surface that highlights its artisanal craftsmanship.
