For greater control over cooking temperatures, the grill features an adjustable-height charcoal tray that allows you to position the fuel closer to or farther away from the cooking surface. An easy-access front door makes it convenient to add charcoal or smoker chips while cooking without disturbing food on the grill.
The heavy-duty stainless steel smoker hood features adjustable air shutters, allowing you to manage airflow and maintain the ideal temperature for grilling or slow smoking. An integrated analog thermometer makes it easy to monitor cooking temperatures with the hood closed.
