The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660i A-Series Built-In Gas Grill combines premium Fire Magic construction and cooking performance with straightforward analog temperature monitoring. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, this Echelon model features cast 304 stainless steel burners, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, Flavor Grids, a recessed infrared backburner, and a modern black-glass-accented control panel.

Its 30" x 22" primary cooking surface provides 660 square inches of grilling area. The standard burner system produces 75,000 BTUs, while an 11,000-BTU recessed infrared backburner supports rotisserie cooking. Fire Magic also specifies a 30" x 8" warming rack. 

The A-Series configuration features a large analog thermometer for consistent temperature monitoring. Fire Magic's Echelon platform also includes back-lit Comfort Touch control knobs, two internal halogen lights on the E660, Diamond Sear grids, and 1/4"-thick cast 304 stainless steel burners. 

Customers can choose the Standard configuration or replace the standard burner in the left-hand position with a factory-installed infrared sear burner. Either burner configuration can also be ordered with Fire Magic's Magic View Window, which allows food to be viewed without opening the hood and releasing cooking heat. Fire Magic's current catalog explicitly states that changing E to L specifies the left-hand infrared burner and changing N to P specifies propane.

Important Warming Rack Note

There is a discrepancy on Fire Magic's own current pages. The E660i A-Series page lists the warming rack as 30" x 8" but gives 288 sq. in., while 30 × 8 mathematically equals 240 sq. in. The digital E660i page lists the same 30" x 8" dimensions as 240 sq. in. 

For the Shopify listing, I recommend publishing 30" x 8" and either using 240 sq. in. or omitting the warming-rack square-inch figure until Fire Magic corrects the analog page.

Size Naming Note

Use 34-Inch in the SEO title. Fire Magic's current Product Specifications Guide officially classifies the E660i as a 34" Built-In Grill. The relevant measurements are:

• 34-inch — Fire Magic's current size-class designation
• 30-inch — actual cooking-surface width
• 31-1/4-inch — required cutout width 

Installation Note

For installation in a combustible enclosure, Fire Magic specifies the 3176-52 insulating liner for the E660i/A660i platform. The standard grill cutout dimensions should not be substituted for the liner's required opening; follow the current liner installation documentation before fabricating the island.
