The Fire Magic EL500i 30-Inch Built-In Electric Grill brings premium outdoor grilling to spaces where electric cooking is preferred. Available in three configurations, the EL500i combines durable 304 stainless steel construction, Fire Magic Diamond Sear cooking grids, a black-glass touchscreen control panel, digital temperature monitoring, and smartphone connectivity.
Its 30" x 16" primary cooking surface provides 480 sq. in. of grilling area, while the removable 30" x 5" warming rack adds 150 sq. in. All three configurations operate on 240V AC with a minimum 30-amp circuit and share a 33" W x 17-1/2" D x 7-1/4" H installation cutout.
Choose between single or dual thermostatic control. The dual-control models provide two temperature-control zones for cooking different foods simultaneously, while the single-control model provides one thermostatically controlled cooking zone. All three digital versions can reach temperatures up to 700°F and feature a preheat time of less than 15 minutes according to Fire Magic.
For customers who want to monitor food without repeatedly opening the hood, the premium EL500i-4Z1E-W adds Fire Magic's Magic View ceramic-glass window to the dual-control configuration. The EL500i-4Z1E and EL500i-3Z1E use standard double-wall oven lids without the viewing window.
