Installation & Compatibility
The Fire Magic 3522 is designed for Fire Magic EL500 electric grills.
To install, make sure the grill is turned off and completely cool. Remove two cooking grids, then hang the griddle inside the grill liner according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Important: The griddle must be centered over one heating element on either the far-left or far-right side of the grill. Fire Magic recommends using only one griddle at a time.
Care & Maintenance
Allow the griddle to cool completely before handling or cleaning. Clean the cooking surface using appropriate non-abrasive cleaning materials and follow the manufacturer's care instructions.
Compatibility Note: This griddle is designed for EL500 electric grills and should not be assumed compatible with Fire Magic gas grills.
