Designed to coordinate with Fire Magic's Aurora outdoor cooking collection, this premium built-in oven combines 36,000 BTU of gas-fired cooking power with precise thermostatic control ranging from 150°F to 750°F. The broad temperature range makes it suitable for pizza as well as baking, roasting, and other outdoor oven cooking.
This exact 4600P configuration operates on Liquid Propane. Fire Magic's current catalog lists the Aurora pizza oven as 4600(P) and confirms that propane versions add P to the model number. The corresponding model 4600 is the Natural Gas configuration.
Inside, an 18" × 18" × ¾" Cordierite pizza stone provides 324 square inches of stone cooking surface. A separate baking rack expands the oven's versatility beyond pizza. The ceramic glass viewing window and built-in interior light make it easy to monitor food while minimizing unnecessary heat loss from opening the door.
Premium 304 stainless steel construction provides the durability expected from a built-in outdoor appliance, while IPI ignition with flame rectification delivers electronic ignition and flame sensing. The oven door opens flat and can support up to 50 pounds, creating a convenient landing surface while loading or removing food.
