This premium built-in configuration operates on Natural Gas and features a factory-installed infrared searing burner in the left-hand gas-side main-burner position, providing intense heat for high-temperature searing. An analog hood thermometer provides straightforward temperature monitoring.

The A830i offers 828 square inches of total primary cooking space, divided between a 24" x 18" gas-side surface providing 432 square inches and a 22" x 18" charcoal-side surface providing 396 square inches. Separate warming racks provide another 368 square inches of space, with 192 square inches on the gas side and 176 square inches on the charcoal side.

The dedicated charcoal section provides added flexibility for traditional charcoal and wood-fired cooking. It incorporates a 26,000 BTU charcoal igniter, charcoal/wood feed access, and an adjustable charcoal pan that lets you control the distance between the fuel and cooking surface for greater heat management.

Unlike the A830i 8 configurations, A830I-7LAN-CB does not include a rear backburner or rotisserie kit. Fire Magic’s current catalog explicitly states that Aurora models without the backburner and rotisserie are designated by changing 8 to 7 in the model number.
