The A830i provides 828 square inches of total primary cooking area, divided between a 24" x 18" gas-side surface with 432 sq. in. and a 22" x 18" charcoal-side surface with 396 sq. in. The secondary warming area totals 368 sq. in., with 192 sq. in. on the gas side and 176 sq. in. on the charcoal side.

The gas section delivers 50,000 BTU, while the charcoal section incorporates a dedicated 26,000 BTU gas charcoal igniter for easier startup. An adjustable charcoal pan lets you raise or lower the fuel bed to control cooking intensity, while the charcoal/wood feed door makes adding fuel more convenient.
