Specifications:

The current Fire Magic brochure specifies the cutout as 25-1/2" W x 19-1/2" D x 11-1/2" H. The manufacturer webpage currently lists the height as 12", so I recommend using 11-1/2" based on Fire Magic's published model brochure/dimensional specifications and verifying against the installation manual before installation.
