Developed for environments such as apartment communities, condominiums, resorts, hotels, and other managed common spaces, the CM430s combines Fire Magic's Choice cooking system with anti-theft components and an automatic gas shutoff system for multi-user applications.

The grill features two stainless steel main burners producing 46,000 BTU across a 24" × 18" primary cooking surface with 432 square inches of grilling area. A 24" × 8" warming rack adds 192 square inches, providing 624 square inches of combined primary and warming space. Diamond Sear stainless steel cooking grids and stainless steel Flavor Grids provide a durable cooking system designed for frequent outdoor use.

Multi-User features include anti-theft cooking grids and controls, an analog hood thermometer, spring-assisted double-wall hood, and a one-hour mechanical automatic gas shutoff timer integrated into the post.
