Featuring two independently controlled brass ring burners, this premium side cooker delivers up to 60,000 BTUs for large stockpots, wok cooking, seafood boils, turkey frying, and other demanding outdoor cooking applications.
The dual-burner system provides excellent temperature flexibility. The inner burner operates from approximately 3,000 to 15,000 BTUs, while the larger outer burner delivers up to 45,000 BTUs. A 10-inch heat-concentrating flame collimator focuses heat toward the center of the cooking surface for efficient high-temperature cooking.
Model 19-KB2P-0 comes with a durable porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grid that retains heat effectively and supports heavy cookware. The power burner also features stainless steel construction and a removable stainless steel lid to help protect the cooking area from outdoor elements when not in use.
Unlike Fire Magic's electrically powered Aurora and Echelon accessories, the Classic power burner uses battery-powered ignition, allowing reliable startup without requiring an electrical connection to a grill transformer.
