The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E660I-1T4P Gourmet Griddle brings premium flat-top cooking to a built-in outdoor kitchen. Designed in the Echelon Diamond style, this Liquid Propane model combines durable 304 stainless steel construction with a sophisticated black glass control panel and a spacious 30" × 18" cooking surface.
The heavy-duty 3/8-inch-thick stainless steel griddle plate provides 540 square inches of cooking space and is engineered for long-lasting, warp-resistant performance. Two independently controlled heavy-duty stainless steel burners deliver a combined 45,000 BTU, creating two cooking zones that allow different foods to be prepared at different temperatures simultaneously.
A 120VAC/12V Hot Surface Ignition system provides dependable lighting, while two back-lit control knobs offer independent temperature adjustment for each cooking zone. A two-piece grease collection trough directs grease through dual ports into the removable drip pan below for easier cleanup. A fitted stainless steel griddle cover is included to protect the cooking surface when the appliance is not in use.
