The E251i provides a 15-1/2" x 16-1/4" cooking surface with 252 square inches of grilling space. A removable 16" x 4" warming rack adds 64 square inches of space for keeping finished foods warm while you continue grilling. Stainless steel cooking grids provide a durable cooking surface for everyday outdoor use.
Fire Magic's current specifications rate the E251i at 1,800 watts, with temperatures reaching up to 800°F. A digital thermometer with thermostatic control and meat probe helps you precisely monitor cooking temperature and food doneness.

Fire Magic's current 2026 specification guide gives the E251i general dimensions as 18-7/8" W x 23" D x 15" H with the lid closed, increasing to 29" high with the lid open. It specifies a 17-1/2" W x 17-1/2" D x 7-7/8" H cutout. The manufacturer's product webpage rounds the cutout height to 8".
Important Specification Note: Fire Magic's current webpage specifies 1,800 watts, 20-amp minimum, and temperatures up to 800°F. However, a current Fire Magic catalog PDF still contains older E251 information showing 1,680 watts, 15-amp minimum, and temperatures up to 650°F. Because Fire Magic's own materials conflict, the electrical rating plate and installation manual supplied with the actual grill should be followed for installation.
