The oven features an 18" × 18" × ¾" cordierite pizza stone, providing 324 square inches of stone cooking surface, along with an 18¼" × 18¼" baking rack offering 333 square inches. A powerful 36,000 BTU burner system provides the heat required for high-temperature outdoor cooking.
Advanced digital touchscreen thermostatic controls provide a manufacturer-published temperature range of 200°F to 700°F. Integrated smart technology enables smartphone operation, while an internal temperature probe helps monitor food during cooking.
A ceramic-glass viewing window lets you monitor food through the oven door, while an integrated interior light improves visibility. The door opens flat for convenient access and is rated by Fire Magic to support up to 50 pounds.
