Fire Magic Echelon 5660(P) Black Glass Built-In Gas Pizza Oven with Digital Touchscreen

The Fire Magic Echelon 5660(P) Black Glass Built-In Pizza Oven brings restaurant-inspired pizza, baking, and broiling capabilities to a premium outdoor kitchen. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, the oven features heavy-duty 304 stainless steel construction and the contemporary black-glass control panel designed to coordinate with Fire Magic's Echelon outdoor cooking collection. 

A 36,000 BTU gas burner heats the oven while digital thermostatic controls provide precise temperature management. The black-glass interface features touchscreen operation and integrated smart technology, allowing compatible smartphone control. An internal temperature probe provides additional cooking-temperature monitoring. 

The oven includes an 18" x 18" x 3/4" cordierite pizza stone with 324 square inches of surface area, plus an 18-1/4" x 18-1/4" baking rack providing 333 square inches. This versatility makes the 5660 suitable for more than pizza—it can also be used for baking, broiling, and other outdoor oven applications. 

A ceramic-glass viewing window lets you monitor food through the oven door, while the door opens flat and is rated to support up to 50 pounds. An interior light improves visibility during evening cooking, and the oven's three-layer dome helps retain heat. 

For outdoor kitchen planning, the 5660 uses the same cutout dimensions as the E660i grill: 31-1/4" W x 23-1/2" D x 11-1/2" H. Customers who prefer a freestanding setup can pair the pizza oven with the optional 660-SC24 portable cart base, sold separately. 

Fuel Variants

For Shopify, use 5660(P) only as the combined model-family designation. Each inventory variant should carry its exact SKU: 5660 for Natural Gas and 5660P for Liquid Propane. Fire Magic explicitly states that all pizza-oven models are available in natural gas or propane and instructs customers to add P to the model number for propane.

Specifications

Fire Magic's current Product Specifications Guide additionally lists general dimensional values of 34-1/2", 32-1/2", 35", 29", and 19-1/2" for the Echelon 5660(P), while confirming the critical installation cutout at 31-1/4" x 23-1/2" x 11-1/2". For cabinetry fabrication, use the dimensional drawing and installation manual rather than interpreting those general values without their diagram labels.

Important Temperature Range Note

There is a manufacturer-source discrepancy in the published temperature range. Fire Magic's current live product page states 200°F–700°F, while its pizza-oven brochure states 150°F–700°F. The current 2026 catalog describes the pizza ovens as capable of thermostatic control up to 750°F. 

Because Fire Magic's own current materials conflict, I recommend not putting an exact temperature range in the Shopify title or meta description. For the specification table, the safest wording is "Digital thermostatic temperature control — verify current model/manual for exact range."

Portable Configuration Note

Although the 5660(P) is sold as a built-in pizza oven, Fire Magic specifically supports installation on its optional 660-SC24 Portable Cart Grill Base. The cart is sold separately and is compatible with the 5660 pizza oven.
