The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E790i Built-In Gas Grill combines premium stainless steel construction, powerful cooking performance, and advanced digital controls for a high-end outdoor kitchen. Available in Natural Gas or Liquid Propane, the E790i features a spacious 36" x 22" cooking surface providing 792 square inches of primary grilling area, plus a 36" x 8" warming rack with another 288 square inches.
Fire Magic equips the E790i with heavy-duty 1/4-inch-thick cast 304 stainless steel burners, patented Diamond Sear cooking grids, Flavor Grids, and a recessed infrared backburner. The digital model adds an underglass electronic thermometer with integrated smart technology, smartphone monitoring, and a digital meat probe.
For greater cooking versatility, the E790i can be ordered with a factory-installed infrared sear burner in the left-hand position. Fire Magic's current catalog identifies the standard burner configuration with E and instructs customers to change that character to L when selecting the left-side infrared burner.
The E790i is also available with Fire Magic's Magic View Window, made from heat-resistant transparent ceramic glass and designed to let you monitor food without opening the hood and losing cooking heat.
