The Fire Magic Echelon E660I-1T4N Black Glass Gourmet Griddle brings commercial-style flat-top cooking to a premium built-in outdoor kitchen. Designed to complement Fire Magic's Echelon product line, this Natural Gas griddle combines all-304 stainless steel construction with a sleek black glass control panel and a spacious flat-top cooking surface.
Its 30" × 18" stainless steel cooking surface provides 540 square inches of usable griddle space and measures a substantial 3/8 inch thick for durable, warp-resistant performance. Two heavy-duty stainless steel burners deliver a combined 45,000 BTU and are independently controlled, creating two heat zones for preparing different foods at the same time.
Hot Surface Ignition and two back-lit control knobs provide convenient operation, while a two-piece grease collection trough directs excess grease through dual ports into the drip pan below. A removable stainless steel cover is included to help protect the griddle surface when it is not being used.
