This configuration combines traditional analog temperature monitoring with Fire Magic’s standard cast stainless steel main burners. It is configured for Natural Gas and does not include the optional left-side infrared sear burner or Magic View Window.

The E790i provides a spacious 36" x 22" primary cooking surface totaling 792 square inches, along with a 36" x 8" warming rack providing 288 square inches. Together, these surfaces offer 1,080 square inches of cooking capacity. Fire Magic’s catalog rates the main burner system at 90,000 BTU and the backburner at 13,000 BTU.

Premium Echelon Diamond construction includes Diamond Sear cooking grids, cast stainless steel burners, a rotisserie backburner, hot-surface ignition, interior halogen lighting, and back-lit control knobs. The analog thermometer is integrated into the hood with a polished stainless steel bezel and forward viewing angle for easy temperature checks.

The E790I-9EAN uses Fire Magic’s standard “E” main-burner configuration. Fire Magic separately identifies L models as configurations equipped with a factory-installed infrared sear burner in the left-hand position, so the E790I-9EAN should not be marketed as having an infrared main sear burner.
