Its dual-blower system delivers 1,200 CFM of total airflow, with each blower rated at 600 CFM. The ventilation system can be configured for either top or rear venting, allowing vertical or horizontal duct routing depending on the outdoor kitchen installation.
Dual under-mount halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface, while an integrated thermal safety sensor automatically activates the fans when temperatures reach 140°F. Removable anodized aluminum grease filters are dishwasher safe, making routine maintenance easier.
